We ship to UNITED STATES, SPAIN, ITALY, FRANCE, all the departments of the COLOMBIAN territory through different recognized carriers, who guarantee the security and coverage, so that your orders arrive in perfect conditions and to the address you want.

DELIVERY TIMES

Our deliveries are only made on business days. * ORDERS IN COLOMBIA: For main cities the approximate delivery time is 3 to 7 working days and for other municipalities the times range from 6 to 10 working days, depending on the destination. Deliveries cannot be made at an exact time and must have as destination a punctual and safe address, such as home or office. During Black Friday and sales periods, delivery times may increase significantly and are subject to availability. * INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Delivery times are estimated between 4 and 7 working days, depending on the destination. Deliveries cannot be made on an exact schedule and must be made to a specific and secure address, such as a home or office. The delivery time begins to count from the confirmation of payment and may be affected by force majeure factors, as well as the town where you are and the day and time you make the purchase.

REMEMBER:

Our Pay U payment platform must approve the transaction according to the data analysis.

Payments with credit card and using the PSE button, may take up to (1) business day for approval.

Payments with Efecty and Baloto payment information may take up to (1) business day after the payment is made.

Once your payment is approved, you will receive an email with the confirmation of your order. Subsequently, when your order is shipped, we will send a new email with the Tracking Number with which you will be able to know the actual location of the product and the estimated delivery date with the carrier. This information is also available by logging into "Your Account" and checking the status of your orders where all the information about them will be updated.

SHIPPING COST

The shipping cost will be determined in each particular case depending on the destination, weight and volume of the package. This value will be calculated when you finalize your purchase and you will be informed at the time of settlement of the order, before you make the payment.
